Welcome to this week’s Stacking the Shelves!

Stacking the Shelves

This is a meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews to share books we have acquired in the past week.

I didn’t do a good job of keeping track of the books I got this week. There were some I got through newsletters and Instafreebie, but I didn’t write them down 🙁

So, I’m only going to talk about the ones I got from publishers this week. I received two books in the mail and two books through Netgalley.

(FYI, the book titles link to Goodreads and the images link to Amazon)

Stacking the Shelves 3/11/17: In My Mailbox

Courtesy of Harper Voyager, I received books two and three of the Electric Empire series by Viola Carr. Book two is The Devious Dr. Jeckyll.  The third book (an ARC) is The Dastardly Miss LIzzie. I’m really excited about reading these because I loved the first book in the series.

In addition to my reviews of these books, I’m looking forward to a guest post Viola Carr is going to do in April for our Writer’s Corner. She’s really a great writer of steampunk and fantasy.

Stacking the Shelves 3/11/17: Via Netgalley

Courtesy of Midnight Ink, I received the second book in the Zodiac Mystery series, All Signs Point to Murder, by Connie di Marco. I really enjoyed reading the first book, so I was happy to get this one as well. When I read the first book, I participated in a blog tour. I haven’t seen any tours for this book yet, but I hope there will be.

Another book I received is Full Wolf Moon by Lincoln Child. The blurb says it features Jeremy Logan, but it’s not listed as part of the Jeremy Logan series for some reason. I requested this because I liked the fourth book in the Jeremy Logan series, The Forgotten Room. My thanks go to Doubleday Books.
