“First Sight” is #1.5 in the Jane Yellowrock series by Faith Hunter. This story was published before in the Jane Yellowrock World Companion, but I read it in Blood in Her Veins.

This was different, but I really enjoyed reading a scene from Skinwalker from someone else’s point of view. It was great reading it differently. This story was another great addition to this series.

“First Sight” was a great story. It was excellent view of Jane through someone else’s eyes. Bruiser is one of the guys in this series that wants Jane. How he explained her fighting skills was awesome.

Seeing this fight scene from Bruiser’s point of view was really awesome. I actually liked reading how she took him down from his point of view. That was when Bruiser realizes that he wants Jane for himself.

To find out more about this fight scene from Bruiser’s point of view go grab your copy of Blood in Her Veins.

I give “First Sight” 5 stars. I’m starting to like Bruiser a little more since reading this story. I would recommend this series to anyone into paranormals. The review of Blood Cross coming soon.
